Home Loans & Finance

By completing a loan pre-qualification, you'll be on your way to beginning the loan process and giving assurance to Sellers that you mean business. Pre-qualification is easy and can be done via email or over the phone. You must provide a pre-qualification letter or proof of funds (if paying cash) for us to show you properties. The reason for the requirement is that the letter/POF will give us the price range of properties you are qualified for, lets the Seller know that you are ready to complete the purchase and will shorten the timeline of the deal.

In addition to helping you find the best deal, a mortgage broker is also an invaluable resource for new Buyers trying to understand how this complex, and often tortuous, undertaking works.

For your convenience, we have provided you with the contact information for three mortgage brokers that our past clients have been very satisfied with. We recommend that you interview these lenders, and/or others, until you find a lender who will work with you to tailor a loan specific to your needs.
